In this position, you will support the manufacturing processes of plastics components managing technological cycle working such as Injection Molding.

You will cooperate in the assessment of working phases, suggesting unconventional solutions to use machines in a different way and optimizing the process. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to support the production analysis and management.

**Required profile**:
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in Mechanical, Materials or Chemicals Engineering and you have at least 3\5 years of experience in Process/Manufacturing Engineering of Plastics Components.

In Ferrari, you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically and structured and demonstrating strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning).

Fluent English is a must-have while a good level of Italian is an advantage for your best local integration.
