The group function looking for this role is **FINANCE - Global Accounting**.

**Responsibilities**

The individual will be involved in the day to day bookkeeping in all the accounting areas mainly related to accounts payables:

- Registration of: AP/AR invoices (Italy, CEE, Extra-CEE, etc. and reporting to SDI), journal entries, bank and credit card transactions, fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, AR and travel expenses when required;
- Support in the preparation of VAT reports and returns;
- Support monthly closing reconciliations including but not limited to vendors, accounts, bank, credit cards.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes;
- Support senior team members in providing adequate information to Auditors periodically;
- Document archive maintenance and update.

**Requisiti**:

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and VAT regulations;
- Pro-use of Office suite, especially Excel and all its functionalities (functions, formulas, pivot );
- Familiarity with Oracle Netsuite is a plus;
- English, both written and spoken.
