Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for a **Virtual full-vehicle performance simulation **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Whole Vehicle Development.**

You will have the responsibility to perform and manage whole vehicle virtual testing.
- Performing and managing whole vehicle virtual testing based on ISO/Lamborghini/VW/homologation standards for the agreed test cases, in a full virtual environment for functions, software, sensors, actuators merging and interfacing different subsystems and components from other departments
- Coordination with all R&D departments in order to maintain whole vehicle model up-to-date (plant and function level)
- Integration of subsystem models, bug finding and fixing, in cooperation with relevant colleagues and departments
- Completing vehicle validation of virtual model following best-in-class and innovative procedures
- Performing and managing virtual testing activities, data collecting, analysis and post processing regarding whole vehicle performances, mainly related (but not limited) to longitudinal simulations, lap time simulations, durability simulations, worst case analysis
- Deploying sensitivity analysis during concept phase and development phase, analysing different vehicle specifications to reach project targets
- Interpretation of results and preparation of comprehensive detailed technical presentation
- Whole virtual vehicle performances release at milestones aligned with Product Development
- Cooperating with Whole vehicle departments to support and take advantage of centralized testing activities
- Cooperating to develop methods and tools for assessment of vehicle performances
- Being active participant in internal development meetings

**About you**
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or Automotive Engineering, PhD will be considered a plus
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role in Automotive, OEM or Tier 1
- Robust know-how in creation and maintenance of complete vehicle models
- Microsoft Office and TEAMS
- Mandatory knowledge of GITHUB, Mathworks Matlab/Simulink, ViGrade CarRealTime, mechanics and mechatronics systems model, vehicle architecture and relative subsystems (plant & control), E/E vehicle network communication (Flexray and CAN protocols)
- Nice to have knowledge of Dassault Systemes Modelica&Dymola, AVL model.connect, AVL VSM
- Fluent English, German will be considered a plus
