**WHERE DOES THE MAGIC HAPPEN?**
Milan, Via Calabiana 6. We work in a vibrant co-working space called Talent Garden located in a very up and coming neighborhood, with plenty of hip pubs for aperitivos where we celebrate our victories. Placed in one of the fastest growing markets, Quick Algorithm is a rapidly growing data science start-up based in Milan. We have developed Scops, a SaaS solution that helps manufacturing and industrial companies collect and analyze data from their industrial assets for energy efficiency and predictive maintenance.

**WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Account Management, or Consulting
- Strong interest in software, Industrial Internet of Things, and Artificial Intelligence
- Excellent knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Power Point/Google Slides
- Knowledge of the most common CRMs is a plus
- Outstanding verbal, listening, and presentation skills
- Experience in client-facing projects in the digital transformation domain
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Problem-solving abilities and flexibility in tackling new situations
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Willingness to take on challenges in the dynamic environment of a growing start-up
- Driving license to go to clients’ sites
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (B2 or higher)

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AT QUICK ALGORITHM**
- Management of new projects with clients from goal definition to results delivery
- Listening to clients to understand their needs and behaviors and effectively communicating product features and benefits
- Maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients based on trust, professionalism, and respect
- Collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure the achievement of the defined results within the timeline agreed upon with the client
- Creating suppor material for meetings with clients
- Coordination with the Engineering/Product team to meet customer needs, improve the user experience, and define product development priorities
- Customer support and resolution of potential issues
- Development of upselling opportunities with existing clients
- Tracking of KPIs and forecast and periodic internal communication of projects’ progresses.
