Responsibilities and Tasks:
Design and Plan Systems and Buildings
- Support the design of facilities systems for safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
- Review and maintain engineering standards and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and regulations.
- Participate in capacity and scenario planning based on manufacturing changes and expansions.
- Review and advise on system status presentations, including capacity and projected loads.
- Review the scope, schedule, and cost for infrastructure projects.

Provide Project Support
- Collaborate with design firms to ensure adherence to engineering standards.
- Supervise and coordinate consultant resources.
- Participate in design development and project design reviews.
- Provide construction support and ensure compliance with construction documents.
- Assist in the documentation of facilities system procedures for commissioning.
- Manage design package schedule according to project needs.
- Ensure proper change management procedures are followed.

Provide Technical Support and Expertise
- Analyze system designs to identify improvements in performance, efficiency, maintenance, and cost savings.
- Provide technical support to the procurement group in vendor qualifications and selection.
- Conduct risk and failure mode and effects analysis.
- Maintain system standards and specifications.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering required.
- Entry level position with 0-3 years of experience in Bulk and Specialty Gases Systems Design Maintenance and Operations, Semiconductor, and/or Facilities related industry.
- Strong organizational skills and service attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in English
