Appointment Setter

Our busy mortgage office is looking for** a caring**, **enthusiastic, tech-savvy, self-starter** appointment setter to join our team as a telemarketer full-time. This role is a perfect fit for a **friendly and outgoing person** who loves to meet new people, is comfortable talking on the phone, and would love to work with a family-oriented company whose culture embraces having a work-life balance while having fun in the process.

A script is provided for you, but you'll need to think on your feet to respond to client questions and concerns. A strong ability to multitask is a must. Ideally, you have at least one year of experience working in a phone sales or outbound cold calling role - previous mortgage and inside sales experience would be helpful but not required.

**Compensation**:
$5 - $10 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Call our warm leads to schedule appointments with our loan originator
- Data entered into our CRM (SalesForce) any information collected from our prospective clients
- Manage our top-producing LO's calendar using Outlook and/or Google Calendar

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both **English & Spanish are a must**:

- Team Player but also must possess the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Self-Motivated and Dedicated
- Great at overcoming Rejections and Objections
- An organized individual that is able to prioritize activities
- A high school diploma or equivalent such as a GED is required
- Computer skills and software knowledge including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs, Dropbox, Slack, and SalesForce CRM (a plus)
