Join the Construction Supervision PNRR team — let’s build together the schools that will shape the future of Italy
We are looking for a new team member to join our Construction Supervision unit working on the PNRR new school projects. You will have the opportunity to work closely with professionals from all disciplines and construction companies on nationally significant projects, developing and enhancing your management skills in a dynamic and proactive environment.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, overseeing construction activities and ensuring compliance with all execution and commissioning procedures as outlined in the contract. For each project site, you will be supported by an internal team (accounting, technical office, etc.) and external professionals (site inspectors, operational managers).
You will also be responsible for producing specific progress reports and verifying that external services comply with contractual requirements.
**Experience and Skills**:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Architecture
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles within architecture firms or construction companies
Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework for public contracts
Proficiency in relevant industry software (Revit, Excel, ACCA suite, Adobe suite)
Ability to read and analyze executive-level construction drawings in all components
Curiosity to explore, experiment, and develop smart, effective technical solutions
Ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders involved in the process
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and proactiveness
Team-oriented mindset
