**What we expect of you?**

**HR Administration & Operations**
You’ll become a key support for HR administrative activities, including:

- Internal personnel documentation and contract management
- Archiving and maintaining employee records
- HR data analysis and reporting
- GDPR compliant activities
- Management and updating of HR systems and tool

**Learning & Development Project**
You’ll be involved in a strategic project aimed at improving how we collect and analyze training needs across the organization - a great opportunity to make a real impact

**AI for HR**

You’ll have the chance to explore how artificial intelligence can be used to optimize HR processes, experimenting with digital tools and proposing innovative solutions

**Employer Branding & Communicatio**

You’ll support the creation of content and initiatives to strengthen our internal and external employer brand

**Recruiting & Onboarding**

You’ll assist in recruitment activities, documentation preparation, and onboarding organization for new hires

**HR Projects**

You’ll contribute to key HR initiatives such as:

- Wellbeing and welfare programs
- Diversity and inclusion actions
- Climate surveys and follow-up plans

**To succeed, you will need**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Excellent command of English
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
- Curiosity, flexibility, and a proactive mindset
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
