**Posizione**:
L'arredatore dovrà accompagnare il cliente in tutte le fasi di scelta dell'arredamento offrendo soluzioni personalizzate, fornendo consulenza progettuale al fine di guidarlo verso l'acquisto dell'arredo ottimale.

**Requisiti**:
aver conseguito il titolo di studio da interior design o preferibilmente architetto;
provenire da pluriennale esperienza nel mondo della progettazione e vendita per l'arredamento della casa;
possedere ottime conoscenze degli strumenti software CAD e di gráfica per la configurazione del mobile;
avere spiccate doti commerciali, intraprendenza ed empatia.

Buone doti relazionali, autonomia operativa, flessibilità e attitudine al problem solving completano il profilo.
