**SITE MANAGER**

Il Site Manager, riportando direttamente al Construction Manager, è il responsabile di tutte le azioni strategiche e operative che portano il progetto alla conclusione nel rispetto dei tempi e del budget.

Fortemente autonomo, deve avere esperienza di gestione del cantiere, del cronoprogramma e del coordinamento di subappaltatori.

Capace di gestire l’intero ciclo vita del progetto in cantiere, dalla cantierizzazione alla smobilitazione, metterà in atto i processi per guidare i subappaltatori, soprattutto in progetti técnicamente complessi, monitorando il cronoprogramma, le attività e le risorse necessarie.

Avendo una funzione di responsabilità in termini di riuscita del cantiere nei tempi e nella qualità, deve possedere conoscenze specialistiche nel settore delle costruzioni.

Deve fornire assistenza con informazioni e valutazione al resto del team, che siano stime, monitoraggio dei costi di cantiere, acquisti diretti, verifica dei SAL attivi e passivi, verifica produttività.

**Responsabilità**:

- Supervisione del cantiere
- Assicurarsi che le attività di cantiere rispettino le specifiche del progetto
- Supportare il dipartimento costi e contabilità fornendo lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori
- Supervisione e coordinamento dei subappaltatori
- Garantire il rispetto del cronoprogramma
- Verificare che i lavori svolti o pianificati siano stati sottoposti ad approvazione della DL
- Gestione dell’area di cantiere e della logística
- Gestire le assistenze
- Responsabile dell’ordine e della pulizia di cantiere
- Supervisionare il rispetto delle norme della sicurezza
- Reportistica quotidiana sul progress delle attività, stato del cantiere, pianificazione immediata
- Fornire reportistica circa situazioni puntuali da sottoporre ai progettisti o DL per richiesta di soluzione técnica
- Valutazione delle risorse necessarie al completamento delle attività, con proposte di mitigazione dei rischi

**Skills**:

- Piena autonomia nella pianificazione e gestione di un cantiere
- Capacità di organizzare un cantiere da consegnare in diverse fasi
- Forte conoscenza ed esperienza nel settore delle costruzioni (minimo 5 anni)
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nello stesso ruolo
- Forte attitudine a lavorare in ambienti multidisciplinari e internazionali
- Laurea in Ingegneria o Architettura
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta
- Ottima conoscenza di Office, MS Project, Primus, Revit
