Orienta SpA - Società Benefit, filiale di Venezia-Mestre, ricerca ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER per punto ristoro con sede presso l'Aeroporto Marco Polo di Venezia (VE)
La risorsa si occuperà principalmente di:
- Accoglienza ed assistenza alla clientela;
- Formazione, coordinamento del personale e monitoraggio della pianificazione turni;
- Risoluzione problemi operativi, in stretta collaborazione con lo Store Manager;
- Applicazione delle procedure aziendali e verifica del loro corretto utilizzo;
- Emissione ordini e controllo rifornimenti del punto vendita;
- Gestione del fondo cassa e verifica dell'accuratezza delle registrazioni di cassa;
- Corretta tenuta di inventari ed inserimento dati nel gestionale aziendale.
**REQUISITI**:
- Pregressa formazione nel settore della Ristorazione e/o nel ruolo Assistant Restaurant Manager;
- Gradita conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Flessibilità oraria ed ottime doti relazionali;
- Disponibilità in tempi brevi.
Si offre iniziale contratto diretto a tempo determinato, con possibilità di stabilizzazione nel lungo periodo.
CCNL Pubblici Esercizi e Turismo, inquadramento al 3 livello.
Orario di lavoro: full-time 40 ore settimanali, articolati su turni da Lunedì a Domenica, con orario 04.00-23.30
