In your role as Electronics technology and processes engineer you will be responsible for:

- Developing technological qualification processes (both standard SMT and Area Array Device) through the preparation of qualification plans, component recovery, definition of assembly processes through technological catalog cards and their extension (PAMT), experimental execution according to environmental tests, Analysis of the final DIPA results and drafting of the qualification reports.
- within the PAMT, you will support in the definition of the extension of the Technology Catalog from a point of view of data recovery to be included in the PAMT
- Support the Product Lines in developing hardware for products in line with the qualified processes and search for production and / or procurement optimizations.

**Requirements**:

- use of the Windows 10 operating system
- use of Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Autocad software ad various simulator software
- Five-year (preferred) or three-year degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Physics (preferred) or equivalent.
