**Job Description Summary**: At Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace Business, we’ve been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years. We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.

As a Combustor Case & Frames Material Plan & Execution Specialist you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules and plan and schedule material/production needs.

**Essential Responsabilities**
- Manage master planning, material processes, and systems to ensure timely updates to production schedules and purchasing needs
- Ensure operational alignment with production plans and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Optimize inventory levels and drive process improvements
- Lead and develop a team, including staffing and performance management
- Stay informed on best practices and integrate them with other functions, while being aware of market competition and differentiators
- Exercise judgment to propose innovative solutions for complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and interdependent production cycles
- Utilize multiple internal and limited external sources to make informed decisions
- Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements
- Communicate performance expectations and handle sensitive issues, fostering team consensus and skill development

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Master’s degree in Management, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Proven experience in a material planner role within manufacturing
- Proficient knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of the aerospace industry best practices and competitive landscape
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Work Visa in accordance with local regulations is required
