Vivienne Westwood Italy is recruiting an enthusiastic and proactive resource to join the Logistics team at our Milan Office as **Outbound Logistics Assistant.**

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Operational support to the Senior Outbound Logistics Specialist for all activities related to the outbound process, including communication to the Italian 3PL warehouse of goods to be shipped via TMS, preparation of all relevant documents and declarations, sending invoice requests to the Administration Department for goods ready to be shipped, updating outbound files, and managing the TMS system
- Direct bookings and daily monitoring of B2B deliveries
- Management of various customer care requests related to deliveries, delays, and shipping discrepancies
- Retrieval of PODs (Proofs of Delivery) and customs bills
- Monitoring outgoing customs bills and aligning with the broker’s office
- Weekly submission of files for retail and cross-docking goods departing from the Italian 3PL warehouse
- Weekly meetings with the Administration Department for alignment on PODs and customs bills
- Support to the IT Logistics Manager in verifying the receipt of all preferential and non-preferential origin declarations provided by various suppliers before the start of the delivery window, in coordination with the Production Department
- Management of outbound shipment anomalies
- Regular visits to the warehouse requested

**Criteria**:

- Course of study in Logistics Engineering or Logistics and Supply chain management or Economics or equivalent:

- Excellent organizational skills;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and Office package (proficient in Excel, prior knowledge of SAP is a plus)
- at least 2 years of experience in (luxury goods) logistic environment;
- Good knowledge of custom flows
