**KWS Italia S.p.A.** is looking for a
- **Field Production Technician** for their sugar beet unit acitivities based in Forlì. This position is full time and unlimited.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise growers during production process to improve yield, quality and stability in seed production
- Supervise and monitor all production processes
- Implement new production techniques
- Implement high quality assurance measures
- Support all activities related the sugar beet seed production (nurseries included), cereals and other projects
- Ensure production stability on a high marketable level (germination and purity)
- Support continuous improvement projects in field production activities

**Key competencies and background required**:

- Residing in Forlì or willing to relocate
- Technician qualification in agriculture
- Sound agricultural know-how, preferably experienced in sugar beet seed production
- Fluent Italian, intermediate English
- High flexibility and willingness to travel within production regions
- Effective communication, team work, problem solving, delivering results, continuous development
