If you are looking for a quick growth of responsibilities in Operations, this job is for you You will be end-responsible for our food delivery operations in the city of Florence and Pisa. This means leading a team, connecting with the partner restaurants, owning the city delivery KPIs and taking strategic decisions to grow and improve the business in Florence and Pisa.

Before the hub launch : presence in Florence is required only a few days / or a few weeks - modalities to be defined.

After the hub launch (november) : full presence in Florence.

The company will provide a relocation package to be discussed.

**Your job**

To manage a smooth operation and grow the success, these are your responsibilities:

- Managing overall the operations of the cities
- Making sure daily tasks run smoothly by managing the shift-responsible team members
- Launch and manage the logistic hub of Florence
- Planning ahead in order to grow and improve the food delivery operations in your city
- Ensuring the city complies with company policies, procedures, rules and regulations and all applicable laws
- Overseeing the development and measurement of the city KPIs and drawing conclusions for strategic decisions
- Collaborating closely with HR, Business Planner, Continuous Improvement Specialists and Support teams
- Close working relationships with Sales, Disposition and Customer Service to ensure high Service Quality for Partner Restaurants
- Managing and building relationships with our partner restaurants and helping in resolving their questions in regards to deliveries

**Your profile**
- Completed vocational training with working experience and/ or university degree (engineering degree are nice to have but not must)
- Work experience in Operations
- Analytical mindset : you are good with data analysis and you are able to provide meaningful insights from data
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Previous experience in team management
- (Near-) native level of Italian and fluency in English
- High level of service orientation
- Willingness to keep an eye on your phone and jump in when needed
