**Job Summary**

The Commercial Execution Executive Ostomy Care Europe supports the Director Commercial Execution Director and other members of the OC Europe team across all locations across Europe through administrative and analytical activities. Main tasks are:

- Maintaining information sites to ensure relevant data and information is available to Europe & Local Commercial teams
- Support in analysing commercial execution of product launches and usage of different tools (e.g. ShowPad, campaign dashboard)
- Support and be point of contact for HCP and Consumer lead generation tracking
- Supporting internal and external communication initiatives and customer events (online and F2F)
- Assisting with different research and commercial execution projects and align with agencies if needed

**Duties & responsibilities of the role**

**Administrative Tasks (40%)**:

- Maintain Europe OST Care SharePoint sites and upload material (e.g. Commercial Execution Meeting decks, campaign and customer engagement dashboards)
- Raise Purchase Orders and set up new vendors in SAP based on requirements from Europe Commercial Execution team and track approvals
- Monitor the timely submission and review of marketing collateral through internal MRL (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) Compass system. Track approvals with key stakeholders
- Manage contracts and NDA with external consultants and speakers
- Maintain contact list of Europe Ostomy Care Commercial team
- On demand, upload marketing collateral to Marketing World based on input from Commercial Execution team, obsoleting materials as necessary
- Coordinate language translation with external vendor

**Business Intelligence and Analytics (30%)**:

- Monthly update of campaign effectiveness and digital KPI dashboards (DtC and Nurse Engagement)
- Monthly ShowPad market analytics
- Maintain product launch dashboards
- Competitive review and reporting
- Event statistics (e.g. HCP congress and webinars)

**Digital (20%)**:

- Manage and drive congress, webinars and campaigns on digital platform (e.g. ON24, LinkedIn)
- Support in digital projects and pilots (e.g. e-detailing, CRM)

**Communication & Events (10%)**:

- Maintain meeting & conference calendar (incl. market sales meetings)
- Support in the collection and publishing of internal updates (e.g. MyConvaTec)
- Support in the planning and management of congresses and events (F2F and virtual) (e.g. Congresses, European Ambassador Program)

**Language Skills Required**
- Speaking: Yes English
- Writing/Reading: Yes English

**Person Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
- 1-2 years’ experience from a commercial role within the Health Care industry
- Analytical skills and mind-set with excellent attention to detail
- Confident, driven, and self-motivated personality
- Organized multi-tasker able to handle many diverse projects at once
- Strong, proactive communicator (written and verbal)
- Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
