Il nostro cliente è uno dei principali EPC che opera a livello internazionale nel settore dell’impiantistica. Per il potenziamento del proprio organico siamo stati incaricati di cercare la seguente figura:
**Project HSE Manager - Robotics e industrialized solution**
Il/la Project HSE Manager si occupa di garantire lo sviluppo, la gestione e il miglioramento del sistema di gestione HSE del progetto in tutte le fasi di ingegneria e sviluppo. Pianifica e coordina le attività del personale HSE sia in progettazione che in cantiere, definendo criteri e normative per lo sviluppo dei piani e delle procedure HSE. Implementa il sistema di gestione HSE sul sito o sul campo, gestendo tutte le problematiche HSE, comprese quelle ambientali e sociali, e sorvegliando i subappaltatori. Esegue audit interni ed esterni, assicurando una risposta tempestiva, sicurezza e innovazione sul campo. Effettua analisi dei rischi e implementa misure di mitigazione e protezione, gestendo indagini e azioni correttive. Si assicura che il personale riceva formazione conforme ai requisiti legali e agli studi sui rischi. Infine, assicura l'efficacia delle procedure di sicurezza specifiche, come permessi di lavoro e procedure di blocco, per garantire il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza.
Preferibilmente:
- 10 anni di esperienza nei settori petrolifero e del gas, energetico o rinnovabile.
- 5 anni di esperienza come Project HSE Manager.
- Esperienza nelle fasi di esecuzione dei progetti, in particolare nei paesi europei.
- Esperienza in HSE, ingegneria, project management, permessi ambientali.
- Conoscenza delle norme ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.
- Corsi per uditori; formazione su analisi TapRoot e RCA.
- Conoscenza della Direttiva ATEX 2014/34/UE, PED 2014/68/UE, Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE.
Sede di lavoro: Milano con frequenti trasferte.
