In this position, you will be part of the Loacker Futurum - Front End Innovation team and you will support the department, catching relevant insights and trends.
- You will contribute to the development of medium - long term product pretotypes, by providing relevant market signals on which Loacker can build successful businesses.**YOUR RESPONSABILITES**
- To become familiar with internal tools of trend monitoring (both market and consumers side)
- To support the definition of a process of trend monitoring, integrating available sources and tools
- To be in charge of desk researches and benchmark analyses on new market opportunities
- To help in managing part of complex and multi-country projects
- To preliminary set up of an internal insight platform
- To support in scenarios building

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Master’s degree or equivalent (ie.g. bachelor’s degree plus post-degree master) with specialization in one (or more) of the following areas:

- Consumer Behaviour
- Consumer Trend Forecasting
- Marketing Strategy
- Economic Psychology
- Innovation Management
- Foresight studies

It is important that the course of study has a slant related to trends’ exploration and management, functional to the creation of futuristic business scenarios
- Good working knowledge of Office package
- Analytical, pattern identification and abstraction skills
- Critical thinking
- Curious, Open-minded, Creative, team-player and positive attitude
- Fluent in English, Italian and/or German

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Experience in trend monitoring and related tools (e.g. social listening tools)
- Exposure to Project Management principles and skills in scenario building represents an advantage
