**SHEQ Manager (M/F/d)**:
**Your Tasks**:
**Objectives**
We are looking for an experienced QHSE Manager for JUWI Italy. This person will be responsible for:

- Monitoring and continually improving the JUWI Quality Management System based on ISO 9001;
- Leading the implementation of the JUWI Environmental Management System based on ISO 14001; and
- Leading the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System based on ISO 45001 for JUWI Italy.

This role will report to the Managing Director Italy and to Corporate Quality - EMEA.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Maintain, implement and control of the JUWI Management System, based on ISO 9001, ISO 1400 and ISO 45001 for JUWI Italy.
- Identify, analyse, and document core and support processes for JUWI Italy in accordance with JUWI’s management system framework and process modelling standard together with the process owners.
- Identification, implementation, and measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the Company’s processes.
- Guide process workshops with process owners.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and manage the company’s continuous improvement process (CIP).
- Prepare and participate in internal and external ISO audits together with relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in EMEA meetings and workshops related to QMS, EMS or OHS.
- Support EMEA process drafting, implementation, process control and lean process thinking.
- Organization and supervision of information and training activities.
- Provide regular reports for monitoring management system performance.
- Provide overview processes, advice and guidance for projects on HSE topics.
- Provide guidance on investigations and corrective actions for HSE related incidents.
- Ensure that HSE requirements are effectively communicated to all and other relevant personnel and verify compliance by appropriate means.
- Ensure the definition and implementation of relevant QHSE trainings for the employees.
- Coordinate the activity of relevant consultants (e.g., RSPP- Responsible del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione).
- Liaise with relevant institutions with regards to HSE topics, requirements, and compliance.
- Ensure the HSE legal register and plan are in compliance with local legislation and reviewed as required.

**Your Profile**:
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Management or Similar
- Formally trained as a Quality Manager is an advantage
- At least 3 years’ experience as a QHSE Manager
- Experienced in ISO implementation and certification
- Certified ISO internal auditor
- Good knowledge of Italian EHS Legislative requirements
- Business Process Modelling experience (Certification is an advantage)
- Experienced in maintaining and optimizing business processes and in the management of audit findings and improvement opportunities
- Experienced in conducting workshops and training
- Experienced in preparing internal and external audits
- Fluent in English
