**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Analysis & Best-Seller Tracking**
- Monitor sales performance, analyze monthly product trends and identify key items for replenishment orders.
- Create detailed reports on sales dynamics across different markets.

**Inventory Management & Stock Control**
- Track stock availability across all markets and predict stock longevity.
- Identify stock-out risks, overstocking issues, and propose corrective actions.

**Demand Forecasting & Planning**
- Develop sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and store requests.
- Define replenishment plansand allocate stock based on demand projections.
- Support product launch planning and new store opening by determining necessary stock quantities.

**Order Management & Supply Chain Coordination**
- Plan and manage replenishment orders for various markets.
- Define a supply calendar considering production timelines, logistics, and stock levels.

**Reporting & Strategic Insights**
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on inventory management and sales performance.
- Provide business insights and recommendations to optimize stock distribution.
- Support senior management with data-driven analysis for strategic decision-making.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- A degree in **Economics and Management, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management**, or a related field, is required.
- **2-3 years** of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or retail operations.
- Advanced **Excel skills** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
- Experience working with **ERP systems** and **Shopify** for inventory and sales tracking.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, demand forecasting, and stock optimization.
- Experience working with supply chain and logistics teams (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with production, logistics, and retail teams.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
