The Global Medical Manager will join the Global Medical Affairs Team - Center of Excellence Dermatology focusing on driving Viatris Dermatology portfolio and antiseptics products. In this role the medical manager will be responsible tactically and operationally for managing the medical activities of projects in the area of wound healing, surgical site infection and skin disorders. One of the main goals will be to achieve an aligned plan of action with global stakeholders, country affiliates, and help to drive the company and category vision.

Other responsibilities for this role include:

- Support the brand strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape portfolio strategy;
- Support Global, Local and Regional needs providing scientific communication support to commercial, cross-functional colleagues and affiliates. Provide Medical Materials & dedicated Trainings. Review and approval of global marketing materials;
- Expand the brand, generating new data, driving scientific communication & Digital Strategy such as publications, congresses, Medical Education, and partnership with KOLs & Scientific Societies, Patient Organization;
- Support Portfolio Development supporting new product launches and life cycle management.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- MSc or PhD in Scientific disciplines;
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare/clinical or pharmaceutical environment;
- Availability for occasional travel as needed;
- Advanced level of English.
