A waitress's job involves providing exceptional customer service in a restaurant setting by greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, serving meals, handling payments, and maintaining a clean dining area. Key responsibilities include accurate order placement, efficient communication with kitchen staff, table setup and clearing, and resolving customer concerns to ensure a positive dining experience. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Core Responsibilities
- **Guest Interaction**:Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about menu items.
- **Order Taking**:Accurately record food and drink orders, including special requests or dietary needs, using a POS system or order slips.
- **Order Fulfillment**:Communicate orders to kitchen staff and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and appropriate manner.
- **Payment Processing**:Present bills to customers and accurately process payments through various methods.
- **Table & Area Maintenance**:Set tables with linens and silverware, ensure the dining area is clean and organized, and clear tables after use.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:Continuously check on guests, anticipate their needs, address concerns or complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**:Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service and relay important information.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: Fino a €2.400,00 al mese
