**Position**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**

As part of the Demand Planning & Costumer Service Team, the key responsibilities are:

- Developing and maintaining forecasting models and forecasting tool maintenance on different product families (such as finish goods, POS materials, one-off promo etc.)
- Incorporate all the relevant business inputs coming from functions such as Sales, Marketing and Finance in the forecasts provided by the worldwide markets
- Providing the necessary input to the Supply Planning team to prepare the replenishment plan for the central warehouse, in compliance with the shared objectives of service, coverage and stock value
- Providing future forecast data to all the key stakeholders in the company
- Actively taking part to the S&OP process
- Forecasting and distribution KPIs monitoring and corrective actions implementation
- Distribution Requirement Planning process building and maintenance in collaboration with local finish goods warehouses
- Prepare data: Cleanse sales, check trends, set up seasonality coefficients and week weights
- Produce baseline sales forecast by cluster (countries, channel etc.)
- Share baseline forecast with markets checking and supporting their active participation to the forecasting process
- Analyze, follow up and adjust (when necessary) short term forecast to be aligned with business expectations
- Prepare the consensus meeting related to the S&OP cycle
- Secure workflows of communication with Marketing, Finance and Sales
- Interact with Supply Planning team to help the sales forecast being translated into a replenishment plan suitable with all service and inventory targets
- Check order adherence to forecast
- Monitor KPIs and run root cause analysis, driving the necessary stakeholders in implementing corrective actions
- Follow the Distribution Requirement Planning deployment on key market to improve forecast quality

**Profile**:
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Good experience in similar roles in FMCG, luxury or CPG companies and Experience in other supply chain roles is a plus
- Degree in Management, Economics, or Finance is required
- Advanced knowledge of excel and experience in usage of forecasting tools such as Dynasys, Future Master or Board
- Analytical skills and result driven approach and capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, analytics, able to drive stakeholders within and outside the organization
- Fluent English
