**SCOPO PRIMARIO E OBIETTIVO GENERALE DEL RUOLO**

**Il “Service and Installed Base Admin” si occupa principalmente delle attività amministrative relative al Customer Service.**:
Chi riveste questo ruolo si interfaccia con tutte le figure operanti direttamente sul territorio o con i fornitori di servizi; è responsabile di mantenere l’accuratezza della base installata e gestire le offerte di service on demand.

Questa figura sarà coinvolta anche nel seguire la pianificazione di attività programmate sul campo, quali manutenzioni preventive, installazioni e ritiri.

In linea generale, il “Service and Installed Base Admin” lavora in sede e si occupa di coordinare le richieste provenienti dall’esterno (in particolare reclami non tecnici) affinché possano essere gestite correttamente.

**PRINCIPALI INCARICHI**

La risorsa fornirà supporto nelle seguenti attività:

- Ottimizzazione dei flussi di materiali (spedizioni e ritiri)
- Gestione della base installata
- Gestione delle offerte relative ai servizi di assistenza técnica
- Creare e gestire i piani di manutenzione controllandone lo stato di aggiornamento
- Elaborazione indicatori
- Registrazione e gestione reclami non tecnici

Laurea di primo livello ad indirizzo tecnico

**COMPETENZE E QUALIFICHE**
- Conoscenza dei principali sistemi operativi e software di office automation (Excel, Access, )
- Conoscenza pratica di ERP aziendali (preferibilmente SAP)
- Capacità di relazioni interpersonali e di lavorare in team.
- Capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.
