Per l’apertura stagionale della nuova Boutique di Louis Vuitton a Portofino siamo alla ricerca di nuovi Client Advisor da inserire nel nostro team

Come Client Advisor, sarai ambasciatore del marchio e il tuo compito sarà assicurarsi che ogni cliente venga trattato secondo la promessa Louis Vuitton. Cercherai di scoprire le esigenze di ogni cliente e di guidarlo attraverso il marchio. Sarai proattivo nel raggiungere i tuoi clienti al fine di conseguire gli obiettivi individuali e di squadra.
- ATTIVITA’ E RESPONSABILITA’
- Raggiungere gli obiettivi individuali e di squadra essendo responsabile dei risultati di vendita
- Accogliere ogni cliente e fornire la migliore Client experience
- Supportare i clienti nell’acquisto di tutti i prodotti LV
- Sviluppare con i clienti relazioni a lungo termine, sfruttando i diversi strumenti di clientelling, al fine di promuovere la fedeltà al brand
- Dare il massimo nel lavoro di squadra e partecipare a tutte le attività che contribuiscono al raggiungimento degli obiettivi generali della boutique
- Imparare a padroneggiare il Brand e avere un’approfondita conoscenza del prodotto
- Rispettare gli standard del marchio Louis Vuitton in termini di cura e di comportamento
- Seguire le politiche e le procedure della società

Profil
- Spiccate abilità di clientelling
- Curiosità, Empatia, Agilità, Commercial Mindset
- Passione per il Brand Louis Vuitton
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di teamworking
- Flessibilità e problem solving
- Disponibilità nei fine settimana
- Inglese fluente
- La conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus
- Esperienza pregressa nel Retail

- Residente a Portofino o comuni limitrofi
- Disponibilità per tutta la stagione (indicativamente da marzo ad ottobre)
