La figura riportando al Direttore Acquisti, supporterà i Senior Buyer nell’acquisto dei materiali e delle attrezzature, nella gestione dei contratti di servizio e appalto, di manutenzione e trasporto, in relazione alle necessità dello Stabilimento e dei Dipartimenti Tecnici.
Responsabilità:
La mansione prevede le seguenti
**attività**:
- Ricerca nuovi fornitori, negoziazione ed emissione ordini di acquisto
- Gestione del processo interno di qualifica dei Fornitori
- Supporto nelle attività amministrative, di acquisto, gestione degli ordini e aggiornamento dei database
- Gestione dell’approvvigionamento solventi e reagenti
- Programmazione degli arrivi e gestione degli inventari
- Registrazione offerte e predisposizione importazioni e sdoganamenti
- Supporto Buyers per gli acquisti dell’area técnica (stabilimento) e materiali chimici
- Verifica della documentazione, sulla base della normativa vigente e delle procedure aziendali di riferimento
- Gestione e aggiornamento archivi (cartacei ed elettronici) e pratiche burocratiche o contabili dell’area di competenza
- Registrazione offerte ricevute e meeting report con i fornitori.
- Partecipazione alle altre attività e progetti proprie del dipartimento, in collaborazione con il team, supportandolo nelle rispettive aree
