Prestigiosa azienda produttrice di macchinari innovativi, appartenente ad un importante gruppo multinazionale in forte espansione, ci ha incaricati della ricerca di un/una:
**HEAD OF BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT - Rif BOM/VD**

Rispondendo gerarchicamente al CEO, avrà la responsabilità di definire e revisionare in ottica di efficientamento e miglioramento continuo i processi aziendali a livello globale, operando come rappresentante dei processi nelle aree Operations e Supply Chain, area Tecnica, Sales & Service, Qualità e Produzione.

Si occuperà inoltre della digitalizzazione e automatizzazione continua dei processi.

Coordinando un team di Process Experts e partecipando a team di lavoro interdisciplinari e multinazionali, seguirà progetti come l'implementazione di un nuovo PLM e la migrazione del sistema ERP aziendale a SAP S/4Hana.

Requisiti richiesti:

- Laurea in Ingegneria, Logistica o affini
- Comprovata esperienza professionale nel ruolo e nella gestione di progetti internazionali e interdisciplinari maturata in contesti manifatturieri strutturati
- Approfondita conoscenza dei processi E2E
- Conoscenza di SAP e ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Ottime capacità analitiche e organizzative, forti doti comunicative e strategiche ed orientamento ai risultati
