**JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Human Resources Administrator**

**Location: Milan, Italy**

This is a fixed-term contracting opportunity with a flexible hybrid/homeworking pattern. The role will support the HRBP in delivering an effective HR service to the organization. The primal group are Expat employees staying in Milano however it is expected to deliver administrative support to other project locations globally as well.

This important role is key to ensuring the effective delivery of a broad range of HR administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the process related to housing and lease contracts for employees living in Milan including its administration
- Supporting employees in relation to Italian public administration and local government needs
- in cooperation with consultants assist with work permits and visa processes for Italy, Mozambique and China
- Acting as the first point of call for HR related queries from employees and JV partner
- Producing HR correspondence
- In cooperation with the internal travel team supporting the travel management process for mobilizations, business trips and demobilizations on the project
- Management of all starters and leavers, welcoming new colleagues and staff transferring from overseas ensuring a seamless new starter set up.
- Management and maintenance of HR systems

**You must have**:
HR admin background and love for all things HR

English language at least B2 level

Excellent customer service ethos and professional attitude

Clear communication style

High level admin skills especially including Excel. Must be proficient in V look up, pivot tables and other intermediate-level excel skills

If not already familiar then willingness to learn additional MS Office tools like Lists, Forms or Power Automate

Familiarity with HR systems, ideally but not essentially Oracle.
