**In this role, you will be responsible to**:
- Ensure accuracy of various areas while performing month-end close including General ledger, accruals, VAT, Fixed Asset, Operating expense
- Compiles and analyzes financial information through preparation of reports.
- Ensure respect of internal finance policies.
- Takes an active interest in seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support the accounting team members in various tasks.
- Support and provide documentation for audits.
- Support to SOX program.
- Works closely with PTP and ATR team of Global Business Services (GBS) to grant accuracy and efficiency
- Develops and maintains rebate/bonus data bases to report key business metrics, rebate payments, trends, and other performance criteria to Sales and field management.
- Collects, compiles, and analyzes data to ensure accurate, timely calculation and payment of rebates/bonus in accordance with signed contracts.
- Support the Manager in the identification and resolution of rebate/bonus discrepancies by interacting with various Sales representatives.
- Analyzes data to create monthly and ad hoc reports for Sales and field management.
- Collaboration with mixed groups or team of employees in the achievement of organizational goals.**What we are looking for in you**:
- Graduated in bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics or Accounting
- Fluency in English (B1+ level)
- Goods skills in Excel
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Eager to learn new tasks and to work in a stimulating multinational environment
- Analytical thinking
