- Angelini Pharma is the pharmaceutical division of Angelini Industries.

Angelini Pharma reported a turnover of more than €1 billion in 2021, about half accounted for by Italy.

Within our Italy Finance department, we are looking for an individual who acts as a **Financial Business Partner, **providing strategic financial support to our business units and supporting functions.

You will actively **support business decisions **by translating financial data into business insights.

Your tasks will span over **business controlling**, sales forecasting and finance partnering.

The position entails a variety of activities from strategic **finance analyses** to daily operational tasks and ad hoc finance projects.

In more details you will:

- Conduct complex analyses and forecasts of finance and market data to support strategic and operational decisions of our management
- Evaluate revenue or cost saving initiatives by working with the Business Unit Directors in alignment with our long-term strategy
- Create business insights reporting for our business units
- Seek continuous improvement in ways of working and align best practice across the team in conjunction with other finance business partners
- Perform finance controlling and ensure that budget in relation to annual cost is kept
- Lead and manage the financial planning and forecasting process throughout the year for the BU to ensure alignment with the total business planning processes;
- Be the single source of trusted data related to P&L. Identify and assess risks and opportunities and provide accurate performance information
- Producing ad-hoc analysis as required

**Requirements**:

- MSc in Economics, Business Administration or relevant related fields
- 3/5 years of experience in similar local/global role
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector or in consulting companies is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Power Point and Excel
- Good Knowledge of Italian, fluent written and spoken english (B2),
- Good communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with people at all levels in the organization
- Curious, independent and proactive
