**HEAD OF PLATFORM**

**Principali Responsabilità**
- Leadership técnica: capacità di influenzare e definire una visione tecnologica nell’ambito della trasformazione digitale, in ottica di ri-architettura e integrazione dati.
- Ha la responsabilità di governare team di risorse esperte sulla piattaforma, che costituiscono il riferimento per le attività di Analisi, disegno delle soluzioni, sviluppo, gestione e maintenance / operation.
- Governa una o piu SW factory, gestisce i system integrator che lavorano sulla piattaforma per le attività di implementazione di nuovi progetti, analisi e risoluzione dei problem rilevati in campo.
- gestisce e promuove iniziative per migliorare i processi di sviluppo, gestione e maintenance del software e promuove l’adozione delle best practice relative a tali processi e alle modalità di sviluppo tipiche della piattaforma.
- Gestione del Programma di trasformazione: Coordinare tutte le attività e le risorse coinvolte nel programma, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi e dei budget stabiliti. Monitorare costantemente lo stato del programma e gestire eventuali rischi o problemi che possono emergere.
- Gestione delle Risorse: Assegnare e coordinare le risorse necessarie (interne ed esterne) per l'esecuzione del programma.
- Gestire i cambiamenti e le modifiche nel corso del programma, valutando l'impatto sulle attività e apportando adeguamenti ai piani e alle risorse secondo necessità.

**Requisiti**
- Laurea in Ingegneria, Informatica, o campo correlato.
- Consolidata esperienza nella gestione di programmi e risorse in ambito tecnico complessi preferibilmente nel settore Telco, Media or Tech company.
- Esperienza di progetti complessi in ottica di dismissione e migrazione applicativi
- Gestione migrazione piattaforme Cloud (AWS è un plus)
- Conoscenza dei principali pattern di integrazione (SOA / Microservizi)
- Esperienza significativa su sistemi distribuiti e utilizzo di ESB (mulesoft è un plus)
- Esperienze significative su piattaforme dati, costruzione data lake e modern analytics platforms
- Competenze sulle best practice SSDLC (Devops, Agile e altro)
- Gestione del budget
- Comprende gli obiettivi di business ed è in grado di ottimizzare le scelte tecnologiche per il loro raggiungimento.
