We’re currently looking for a Data Science Manager that will join out Italian Offering & Operations team.

**Responsibilities**:
Initiate, develop and execute offering innovation and discovery on new data sources, supporting new offering developments both for pharma clients and data providers.
- Run data extraction, data quality, aggregation, diagnostic analysis, and reporting development of new data sources and institutional flows
- Propose and develop prototypes on innovative solutions to answer and anticipate new clients’ needs
- Develop connected insights based on analysis across relevant datasets to better support clients’ decisions, leading to better and more insightful business recommendations, driven by data and customer knowledge
- Package deliverables in an articulate and easy to understand fashion with a clear storyline that address internal businesses needs and questions.
- Promote the new solutions to target clients in support to the Offering Manager and KAM

**Requirements**:

- Typically requires 6 - 7 years of prior relevant experience in _Data Science field_
- MSc University degree in Statistics/Engineering
- An attitude to working collaboratively and effectively with others in and across the team to accomplish goals
- Other key personal attributes include drive, self-motivation, energy and tenacity
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines;
- Keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve
- Italian native speaker, fluent English
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
