**Posizione**:
**QSRP, **Burger King Restaurant Italia holding Company, for an international role is looking for a **Payables Clerk.**

**MISSION**

The payables clerk position is accountable for verifying proper payment approval, processing payments in a timely manner.

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Match supplier invoices to authorizing purchase orders and proofs of receipt
- Obtain payment approvals for non-cost of goods sold invoices
- Enter all supplier invoices into the payables software
- Issue notices to suppliers regarding rejected invoice line items
- Process expense reports
- Process procurement card payments
- Notify managers when budgeted expenditure levels have been exceeded
- Issue stop payments
- Discuss with local management payment proposal.
- Incorporate all applicable supplier credits into payments made
- Research supplier requests for payment
- Update the supplier master file
- Reconcile accounts payable to the general ledger

Special task
- Lease accounting including IFRS 16 accounting of transaction with landlords and subleases with franchisees

**Requisiti**:
**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3+ years of general accounting experience
- a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping concepts
- detail oriented
- comfortable using computer-based accounting systems
- Good knowledge of English
- Fluent speaker in at least one of the following is an asset: German, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish
