What you will do
Reliable partner for the Business Sector, providing financial insights for strategy definition and deployment, granting support for any controlling and business proliferation analysis, and in charge of monitoring the Business Plan, Budget, Forecast execution and following up the investments.
Point of reference of the business sector of reference for the Finance community.
Main activities:
- Coordination under the financial aspects of the special projects spending vs dedicated budget and the overall respect of the budget.
- Prepare the periodical reporting to support the performance analysis of the Business Sector
- Monitoring of the investment process from the budget definition to the invoice booking. It will also be in charge of the management of the investment in SAP.
- Analysis of divisional cost with special attention to the headcount
- Supports the business sector in the portfolio analysis to maximise profit
- Participate to the monthly closure process preparing reporting and ad hoc analysis, in coordination with the industrial as well as commercial controlling teams
- Performs Product mix as well as Margin and profitability analysis
- New product business case and development
- Ensure Transparency and communication with HQ
What you need to succeed
Must Have
- University degree in Economics, Engineering management
- Industrial controlling experience +5-10 years
- Fluent English; any other foreign language would be a plus
- Good knowledge of accounting;
- Good knowledge of excel, access, SAP, HFM, Datawarehousing, Oracle EPM suite
- Good interpersonal and networking skills, both within the finance community and the Business of reference, as well as with other members of the broader Operation Team
Nice to have
- Experience in factory performance control
