- **Marketing Analysis Assistant **to join our
- _Global Marketing & Development (GM&D) function now_

**What are we looking for?**
- At least 1 years background in business analysis;
- Excellent knowledge of MSOffice and advanced computer literate;
- Use of PowerBI and database set up;
- Fluent English;
- Project management certifications will be considered a plus.

**What will you be doing?**
- You will ensure support to Global Marketing & Development function with:
- Constant internal reporting of KPI to GM&D function;
- Enhancement of reporting output on an ongoing base;
- Supporting the analysis of marketing data and dimensions in internal reporting system assuring a critical analysis on performance trends and main reasons of variations in collaboration with Marketing Analysis Associate;
- Supporting to monitor of GM&D initiative costs, evaluating ROI of main marketing promotions/activities;
- Support to the GM&D team in the planning and budgeting processes as well as in key processes (e.g. price list definition, budget, In&Out, etc.) with proper analyses;
- Market research with external analysis and annual reporting in collaboration with Marketing Analysis Associate;
- Contribution to the marketing process updating and related training to employees;
- Participation to the projects, as assigned;
- Define improvements in data management & tools related to his\her function.
