Quintas Advisory is the advisory division of Quintas Group. The latter comprises Quintas Energy, Europe’s largest independent platform for Asset Management and Specialised Services to investors in the renewable energy assets with at least 10GW of assets currently under management.

We are looking for a highly motivated **Legal Project Advisor** to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting high-impact renewable energy projects across different markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assessing solutions from a legal-commercial perspective.
- Managing projects, ensuring quality, time and costs are controlled and strategic objectives are being met.
- Reviewing PV projects produced by third parties from a legal perspective and provide relevant advice and suggestions for improvement
- Execute activities related to development, technical due diligence, contract review, and advisory projects being undertaken by Quintas Advisory, with emphasis on interdisciplinary thinking and approach
- Assessing the potential risks, liabilities, and non-compliance issues of the target projects for our clients
- Sharing knowledge and lessons learnt across the portfolio and promoting continual improvement in all aspects of our work.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Legal Advisor. Experience in the related functions.
- Previous experience the energy field.
- Languages: fluent in Italian and English.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and in a client facing role.
- Must be able to adapt and flex to a changing environment.
- Must have analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to solve problems, take responsibility and start adding value to the team immediately.
- Ethical behaviour.
