**COMPANY PROFILE**

**MISSION**

Within the HR Information Systems team, in a structured multinational company, we are looking for a full-time trainee to support the following activities related to the main organizational processes of the company:

- Working with the HR function, understanding its processes (HR Administration, Talent Management & Acquisition, Learning & Development) in synergy with the IT function, translating functional requirements into technological development opportunities.
- Supporting the team to improve the employee experience of all employees of CNH Industrial, through digital tools.
- Learning to dialogue with different business functions and to work in a dynamic and synergistic way.
- Learning to translate input received into functional and technical documentation
- Supporting the project phases (drawing, configuration, testing,...)

**PROFILE**
- Humanistic education or scientific education, HR master is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English (B2 or higher)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
