Johnson Service Group is recruiting for an experienced Quality Compliance Systems Manager (QCSM), for an 8+ month position at the Aviano AFB in Aviano, Italy.

Salary - $90,000

**Role and Responsibilities**
The QCS Manager shall be responsible for overall management of the QC program, and have the authority to act in all QC matters for the Contractor.

The QCS Manager shall be responsible for overall management of the QC

program, and have the authority to act in all QC matters for the Contractor.

The QCS Manager shall have five years of experience as a DoD Construction QC

Manager. The QCS Manager shall report directly to the Corporate QC Manager.

(1) Shall be dedicated to this TO, and on-site at all times during

construction.

(2) Shall be employed by the Contractor and capable of making binding

decisions on the Contractor’s behalf.

(3) Shall have attended a professionally accredited QC management course

(e.g., conducted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers [USACE] or Naval

Facility Engineering Command [NAVFAC]) including a current certification

within the last five years. Contractor’s self-developed programs shall not

fulfill this requirement.

(4) Shall implement the QC program using the three-phase QC system and

activities.

(5) Shall act as liaison with the Contractor, regulatory agencies,

subcontractors, and/or internal departments on quality related matters (as

required).

(6) Shall record QC activities in a daily report.

(7) Shall ensure compliance with contract documents and specifications.

(8) Shall have on-hand all applicable plans, specifications, and other

related documents when conducting QC, three-phase inspections.

(9) Shall have no other duties, except may serve as the SSHO.
