Questo team mira a preparare e valutare le richieste di riparazione dei clienti utilizzando un processo standardizzato e strumenti di diagnosi avanzati, che sfruttano i nostri veicoli altamente connessi. Questo processo garantisce un'esperienza in loco fluida ed efficiente per i nostri clienti e per i team d'officina.

In quanto specialista della preparazione del servicio tecnico fornirai supporto remoto ai clienti per risolvere le loro preoccupazioni, quando possibile. Quando è necessaria una riparazione física, comunicherai direttamente con il cliente per acquisire una comprensione completa delle sue preoccupazioni, a vantaggio dei nostri team di assistenza. Gestirai le aspettative dei clienti prima della loro visita. Avrai anche l'opportunità di sviluppare le tue capacità tecniche attraverso una combinazione di entusiasmanti programmi di formazione e l'esposizione ai nostri strumenti diagnostici avanzati.

As a Service Preparation Specialist, you will be a key contributor to our Service Preparation Team. This team aims to prepare and triage customer repair requests using a standardized process and advanced augmentation tools, that take advantage of our highly connected vehicles. This process ensures a smooth and efficient onsite experience for our customers and workshop teams.

Service Preparation Specialists will provide remote support to customers to resolve their concerns whenever possible. When a physical repair is required, you will communicate directly with the customer to gain a comprehensive understanding of their concerns ready for our Service Teams. You will manage customer expectations ahead of their visit. You will also have the opportunity to develop your technical skills through a combination of exciting training programs, and exposure to our advanced diagnostic tools.

**What You'll Do**
- Preparare o valutare tutte le richieste di riparazione secondo il nostro processo standardizzato
- Entrare in contatto diretto con i clienti per acquisire e documentare una comprensione completa delle loro preoccupazioni
- Stabilire chiare aspettative dei clienti prima del loro appuntamento per offrire un'esperienza cliente eccezionale
- Identificare e risolvere da remoto richieste di assistenza meno complesse, per offrire al cliente un percorso agevole
- Sviluppare un'eccellente conoscenza di tutti i prodotti dei veicoli Tesla
- Eseguire diagnosi ed identificare le parti necessarie per portare a termine riparazioni semplici, mantenendo la responsabilità delle preoccupazioni del cliente, dall’inizio alla fine
- Collaborare con altri team Service per offrire un'ottima esperienza al cliente durante il percorso di assistenza
- Prepare or triage all repair requests as per our standardized process
- Directly engage with customers to gain and document a comprehensive understanding of their concerns
- Set clear customer expectations prior to their appointment to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Identify and action simple remotely resolvable service requests, to provide an effortless customer journey
- Develop an excellent understanding of all Tesla vehicle products
- Perform diagnosis and identify required parts for simple repairs, maintaining end-to-end ownership of customer concerns.
- Collaborate with other service teams to provide a great customer experience through the service journey
