The figure will report to Group Desk Specialist & Global Desk Director and will manage and cover requests for travel agencies, TTOOs, companies and private clients WW

BASIC KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Answer and manage all group requests from the accounts assigned to all areas mentioned above. In addition, you must respond each request within 24 hours (continental requests) or 48 hours (transcontinental requests).
- Learning capacity about the characteristics of MHI hotels and their different brands in order to be able to offer support according to the group profile.
- Keeping in touch and maintaining constant communication with the hotels in order to know their availability and rates that you will send to the client.
- Prepare quotations sent by the hotels according to the client's profile and needs. You must send the quotations via Focus and follow them up until the business materializes.
- Updating the group and account database (SAP CRM - FOCUS), ensuring that all required information is included (lead creation and basic management reporting).
- Take a proactive role in ensuring all operational procedures of MHI.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Collaborate in weekly/monthly meetings.
- Regular conference calls with market account managers to follow up on prospect business.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENT
- Ensure the order and maintenance of procedures according to the processes and standards established by Global Group Desk.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
- Analysis of managed business reports and review of overall departmental data.

- University degree in Tourism, Intermediate or higher education.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- High level of English and of a second language
- High level in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
