After Sales Customer Care Specialist (Temporary)

What you will do

The After Sales Customer Care Specialist manage the central approval process of products exchange (PEX) for missing parts with the aim to avoid the products swap, to improve the Repair Turnaround Time (TAT) and the process of PEX for missing parts according to the market products exchange policy.

In particular:

- Know the PEX process and markets PEX policy, implement the new escalation process and identify solutions to reduce the products exchanges with an out of box approach
- Review of PEX for missing parts with accountability to approve or refuse the request according to the products exchange market policy
- Communicate to the right departments missing spare parts items in order to speed up the delivery to avoid PEX and give feedback to local market of new possible spare parts delivery date (check stock along the supply chain and suppliers open orders)
- Follow up of status of supply for parts linked to the PEX not approved to assure that PEX will be avoided
- Oversee that the PEX request is issued in the system in the due time and in case of issue inform service manager
- Monitor and expedite parts not available linked to a repair (urgent orders) with aim to assure speed up of deliveries to reduce the repair turnaround time (TAT) with parts fitted and to avoid PEX
- Key contact point for the escalation process for all markets for spares linked to repairs with risk of PEX with accountability to assure the speed up of deliveries and the deliveries to the market to avoid the PEX

What you need to succeed

Nice to have: Knowledge of after sales/customer service processes

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Economics

Experience: 0-1 year of experience

Languages: English
- Fluent Italian
- Fluent others languages are appreciated

Soft skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in team

Excellent skills of synthesis and analysis

Powerfully in managing the relationship
