**ATTIVITA’**

Stiamo cercando **1 Customer Experience Analyst in Stage** che si occuperà di:

- Supportare il monitoraggio legati ai temi di Customer Experience;
- Supportare l'implementazione di piani d’azione per ottimizzare outbound/inbound
- Collaborare con le altre aree di business al fine di garantire l’eccellenza nella Customer Experience
- Monitorare e Supportare analisi e reportistica dei principali KPI aziendali

**REQUISITI**
- Preferibile laurea triennale in marketing, materie umanistiche o economico-sociali
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office
- Completano il profilo flessibilità e proattività

Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
- Turno diurno
