As Portfolio & Demand Manager, you are accountable for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the Departmental program/project portfoli o. You are responsible for interaction with functional/business unit leadership to monitor and execute the project(s) /demand(s).

**How you´ll make an impact**
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing program/project portfolio in coordination with internal or 3rd party project execution resources
- Responsible for maintaining and reporting on the end-to-end pipeline of IT project and demand. Interacts with functional/business unit stakeholders to monitor and manage the portfolio that aligns with the overall Hitachi Energy IT PPM business objectives and priorities
- Management methodology. Responsible to select right tools, configure and roll-out IT PM tools as well as to ensure right level of support and training is provided. Responsible for right level of reporting standard of IT projects. Define IT Project Management Methodology process measures.
- Drives IT Project Management disciplines through education, collaboration and continuous process improvement. Maintain the IT Project Management Framework documents and repositories. Raise awareness in the organization around IT Project Management by providing training and guidance to enforce the execution of it. Agile coaching strategy, creating a common approach that would help our team's delivery with improved effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develops and ensures that IT Project Management framework is robust and based on industry best practice / standards and in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Define, maintain and coach Gate Model for IT. Consult on best use of methodology.

**Your background**
- 5 + years experiences Project Portfolio Management in a global organization
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
