**The Opportunity**

The Risks & Regulated Documents Manager is a specialist in Operational Risk and Internal Control and supports the CRO in planning and supervising the activities in scope, leveraging all interconnections.

The Risks & Regulated Documents Manager - responsible for the Operational Risks, Internal Controls and Policies team - is a professional figure dedicated to the integrated management of corporate risks that acts within the strategic objectives set by management; more specifically, the tasks of the Risks & Regulated Documents Manager are to coordinate activities to identify, analyse and address potential risks the Company may incur into so to limit its exposure.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- You manage and mentor the team of staff members working within the Operational Risk, Internal Controls & Internal Policies areas
- You prepare and supervise reports for the CRO, the company management and group functions
- You coordinate all departments, in their activities for the management of own operational risks
- You plan and execute related internal controls
- You coordinate activities related to regulated documents
- You monitor company’s policies, processes and procedures framework and their review cycle
- You control documents’ quality (hierarchical structure of regulated documents, templates, mandatory contents, correct classification, correct ownership of regulated documents, correct approval, correct reference to related processes, correct reference to MOG 231) and manage published versions
- You manage reporting to the management regarding regulated documents

**Signs of success**
- You establish relationships with all departments within the company and the group functions
- You ensure that tasks are carried out successfully by supervising OR, IC & IP Team activities and monitoring their progress
- You evaluate operational risks based on their possible severity and frequency, and consequently identify the best policy to optimize their management, in line with the availability and financial capabilities of the Company
- You coordinate activities to support all departments in processes updating, maintenance and efficiency improvement.
- You define mitigation or prevention measures in coordination with other company departments, establish results, check results over time

**Skills we can't do without**:

- You have preferably over 7 years of experience and knowledge of process optimization, three lines of defense risk governance models, risk assessment internal control system frameworks, control management process and external regulations on MOG (Modello di Organizzazione e Gestione as requested by Italian D. Lgs. 231/2001)
- You have excellent knowledge of basic office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You speak, read and write fluent English (B2)
