- Your responsibilities and tasks:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the SAP S/4HANA implementation project for the Bakery Business Unit.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, business unit leaders, and endusers, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues.

Team Management:

- Assemble and manage a project team comprising internal staff, external consultants, and vendor resources.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to ensure team members are productive and engaged.
- Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.

Risk and Issue Management:

- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Ensure timely resolution of project issues and conflicts, escalating when necessary.

Budget and Resource Management:

- Monitor project expenditures, ensuring the project remains within budget.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to achieve project goals.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to project budgets.

Training and Support:

- Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for endusers to ensure they are prepared for the transition to SAP S/4HANA.
- Provide ongoing support during and after implementation to ensure a smooth transition.

Your profile and qualifications:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Project management experience. Nice to have at least 5 years managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within a global organization.

Leadership and Communication Skills:

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
