Marketing & Trade Marketing Trainee

We are looking for a Marketing & Trade Marketing Trainee to join our Marketing team in our Adhesives Business Unit based in Italy, Milan.
- How you make the difference
- This position is crucial for Bolton as it supports the effective execution of our marketing strategies, ensuring that our products are well-positioned in the market and that we remain competitive.
- How your agenda looks like:

- Support the Marketing & Trade Marketing team in the day by day activities;
- Assist the Product Managers in the development and in the adaptation of products packaging;
- Support in monitoring the main competitors’ activities with specific focus on new launches, promotions and advertising;
- Support the Sales Team on trade presentations, new products launch materials, implementation of clients’ promotional plans, product information and technical sheets;
- Support the preparation of Sell-in and Sell-out data analysis and periodical reporting.
- Your team:

- You will report directly to our Marketing & Trade Marketing Manager.
- What makes you a great fit:

- Education: Currently studying Economics, Marketing Management or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of**Microsoft Office, with specific focus on Power Point and Excel.
- Strong teamworking ability, proactivity and curiosity.
- Local language: Proficiency in Italian and English is required.
