Retail Buyer

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a **SENIOR RETAIL BUYER, with responsibilities of product allocation for full-price and outlet store for the italian market.**
- **Please take into account we are offering a fixed-term contract (around 10 months) to cover a maternity leave**_

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RETAIL BUYER**:
Main purpose of the role be in will of the retail buying and assortment for specific product categories, in order to meet the budget, improve KPI’s and express brand’s DNA:

- Retail buying for specific product categories
- Collaboration with wholesale teams for Omnichannel alignment
- Budget definition with other involved departements
- Product feedback (on seasonal and weekly base)
- Promotional activities
- Analysis of Weekly trade reports and seasonal store feedback
- Management of seasonal retail kick off

**REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RETAIL BUYER**:

- 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexibility and self-motivation
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solver
- High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality

**PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÁ DEL/LA DUAL SITE STORE MANAGER**:

- Formazione e motivazione del team;
- Raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita monitorando le prestazioni del team;
- Creazione di report, analisi e interpretazione dei dati di vendita al dettaglio;
- Supervisione del livello delle scorte, mantenimento delle condizioni eccezionali del negozio e degli standard di visual merchandising;
- Supervisione visual merchandising
- Attivitá di Clientiling e CRM volte alla creazione di un portfolio di clienti locali ed internazionali
- Gestione di due punti vendita

**REQUISITI DEL/LA DUAL SITE STORE MANAGER**:

- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese
- Pregressa esperienza in ruolo analogo,
- Orientamento al people management
- Forti capacità analitiche e buona conoscenza dei KPI;
- Forte leadership e attitudine alla risoluzione dei problemi;
- Eccellenti abilità comunicative ed interpersonali;
- Focus su Clienteling e CRM.
- innata propensione e pregressa esperienza con relazioni pubbliche;
- Capacità di multitasking e lavoro sotto pressione;
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei fine settimana.
