All'interno dell'area Strategy and Proposition di NOW la figura supporterà il team di Distribution Partnerships nelle seguenti attività:

- Gestione day by day dei partners in essere e supporto nello sviluppo di nuovi progetti e opportunità di business
- Supporto nella definizione e attivazione di nuove partnerships (valutazione economica, revisione contrattuale, definizione dei principali requisiti)
- Gestione del merchandising e del paid advertising di NOW su piattaforme partner (supporto nella discussione e definizione dei piani con il partner, coordinamenti con il team di comunicazione, monitoring e reporting dei principali KPIs)
- Monitoring dei principali KPIs di business e analisi critica dei risultati al fine di proporre azioni correttive e nuove iniziative
- Analisi competitive e benchmark di mercato

Requisiti:

- Laurea in aree Economia, Management;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (parlata e scritta);
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e Power Point);
- Capacità analitiche, proattività, precisione e cura nei dettagli;
- Propensione al lavoro in team;
- Interesse verso il settore OTT.
