**Position Overview**

As a Junior Project Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Assistant to the Vice President in ensuring the efficient operation of Humanitas Research. You will coordinate projects, analyse data, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Your strong analytical skills will be essential in this role.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis**:

- Collect, clean, and process data from various sources.
- Create visualisations and reports to communicate findings effectively.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of databases.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations related to projects and initiatives, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Be actively involved in the coordination of various projects.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of key tasks.
- Ensure alignment with strategic objectives, manage timelines, and coordinate messages between cross-functional teams to drive project success.

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Biomedical), or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with professionals at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
